Translation

One translation page consists of 1600 characters (including spaces) for regular translations and 1125 characters for sworn translations. Prices are calculated for translations which have to be proofread and edited before publishing. Prices can be negotiated if texts consist of more than fifty pages or in case of long-term cooperation. Overnight translations, translations made within a few hours and translation work carried out on holidays are paid extra and are not covered by the two-week warranty.

Interpreting

The price is calculated for 1 hour of an interpreter’s work with the shortest interpretation service to be ordered being 4 hours. For every meeting which takes more than 8 hours an individual offer is prepared. Should a Customer cancel their order less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, they will be charged 50% of the price.

Additional charges

• each additional hour 8 hours of work + 50%
• extra charge for work at night +50%
• extra charge for work during holidays +100%
• Customers cover extra costs such as: accommodation, board, travel expenses
• In case of trips abroad an interpreter is entitled to a traveling allowance specified by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Poland
