We make every effort to ensure that our translations are always of the highest quality. We have a team of qualified translators specializing in various domains – medicine, law, economy, science, marketing and many others. Each order is assessed from the point of view of subject and difficulty level, and then it is forwarded to
a specialist in a given domain. The texts are proof-read before sending them to customers. And this is how it works:

All documents delivered to our office are treated as highly confidential. They can be accessed o­nly by persons working with a given order. Our translators are bound to treat all the work they do for us as confidential. If you wish, both the office and the translator may sign a "Confidentiality Agreement", therefore binding themselves in writing not to disclose any information included in your documents.
All original documents are kept in a safe place, and the copies of translated texts are stored o­n the company’s server.
The documents are filed for a period of o­ne year (actually much longer) and they are freely available to the Customer.

Our team of translators consists of professionals with wide experience in translating and a branch education. We select individuals for long-term cooperation from our numerous database of translators. Each new translator prepares two sample translations, which are assessed by the proof-reader. Our translators obtain periodical marks o­n the basis of verified texts. Therefore we can continuously supervise the quality of translations and improve the system of quality control. Our efforts have been awarded with the System of Quality Management Certificate ISO 9001.
